Terms of Service

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing a commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

Discussion First: Please contact and discuss your project with us before placing an order.
Agreement: By purchasing any of our services, you automatically accept these Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.
Usage Rights: The commissioned work is for the buyer's use only. Reselling, commercial distribution, modification, or claiming the work as your own without our permission is strictly prohibited.
Portfolio: Completed commissions will be displayed in our portfolio. If you want to keep the work private until your official debut/release, please let us know in advance.

Payment System: Work will only begin after an upfront payment. You can choose to pay 100% upfront or a 50% Down Payment (DP).
Currency Policy: International clients (or clients using international payment proxies) are strictly prohibited from buying at the local Indonesian (IDR) rate. Violating this will result in immediate cancellation of the commission.
Refund & Cancellation:
- You will get a full refund if you cancel during the discussion phase or on the first day of work.
- No refunds will be given if you cancel at the end of the work or during the final stage.
- A full refund will be issued if we are unable to complete the commission due to severe emergencies (e.g., computer crashes, data loss).

Work begins once the 50% DP is paid and your Live2D character art (PSD) is checked for defective/missing parts.
If your artist is unavailable to fix defective parts, in additional we will gladly fix them without altering the original art style.
Project Files: The source file (.cmo3) is not included. It can be purchased for 300% of the original commission price.
Claiming our rigging work under your own name or reselling it is strictly prohibited.

Credits: MV Editing requires credit in the video description. For Stream Assets (Intro, Outro, Overlay), credits are highly appreciated but not mandatory.
Original MV: Requesting an original MV Editing concept will incur a +50% additional charge from the base price.
Revisions: If an error is caused by us, revisions are free. If an error is caused by the client (e.g., providing the wrong lyrics or art) after the video has reached the Final Render stage more than 3 times, an extra revision fee will be charged.

Revisions: Major revisions (pose, outfit, overall composition) are only allowed during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, only minor revisions (e.g., minor color adjustments) are accepted.
Delivery: The final result will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG/JPG file. The source file (PSD/CSP) is not included unless purchased for an additional fee.
Commercial Use: Standard prices are for personal use or standard streaming use (e.g., thumbnails, simple overlays). Merchandising or reselling the artwork requires a Commercial License.

References: Please provide clear references (genre, mood, BPM, or reference tracks) during our initial discussion.
Credits: You must properly credit us in the title or description (e.g., Music Composer: [Our Studio/Brand Name]). Claiming the composition as your own is prohibited.
Commercial Use & Streaming: Standard commissions are for streaming (Twitch/YouTube BGM). If you intend to distribute the track to digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and monetize it, a Commercial Fee or royalty split must be discussed.
Stems/Project Files: Individual track stems (WAV files) or project files (FLP/ALS/etc.) are not included by default but can be purchased for an additional fee.
Revisions: Major structural changes (changing the entire genre or melody) cannot be made once the rough draft is approved. Minor mixing/mastering adjustments are allowed.
